Universal Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS UNIVERSAL TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Payment Due at Time of Order; all amounts are final, non-cancelable, non-transferable, and nonrefundable unless otherwise noted in the Refund Policy.

2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

You authorize your payment method to be charged for the monthly subscription fee of $200 at the beginning of every month. This monthly subscription fee, once paid, is non-refundable (see 4. REFUND POLICY). Monthly billing will auto-renew, unless canceled at that time (see 3. CANCELLATION below).

3. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account, you will receive a confirmation email in response.

4. REFUND POLICY

Products purchased from agentluxsuite.com may be refunded only if canceled within 24 hours of the date of the transaction. “Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service. The monthly agent LuxSuite subscription is non-refundable.
